In Schools Coaching
Our In-school football coaching programme is designed by Republic of Ireland and Shamrock Rovers footballer Stephanie Roche and her team of FAI/UEFA qualified coaches. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for boys and girls to participate in a fully inclusive activity programme that will focus on key aspects of physical and mental development.
We believe strongly in providing exercise and sport as part of a school programme as the physical development of each child is just as important as their academic growth. Most children do not meet the recommended hours of activity per day and one of our objectives is to help combat this issue with our football programme. The schools we have worked with have used our programme to get more physical education into the school to give children more activity as well as a chance to learn high level football skills.
The coaching will include ball skills, strength and conditioning, functional movements, coordination and core skills. It is a flexible and adaptable programme and also caters for every level of football ability so nobody will be left out of the fun and enjoyment.
Our coaches are qualified professional players and coaches with years of experience in coaching and playing the game at every level. They all hold FAI/UEFA issued qualifications and Garda vetting. Our programme is also fully insured. We have to date worked with a number of schools on this programme including Mount Anville Dundrum, Cluny Killiney and Johnstown GNS
