PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Our brand new player development programme will launch this November 2025. The aim is to improve players and develop their game as on and off the pitch and prepare players to step into LOI academies and professional football environments. Our previous programme saw 6 girls graduate to LOI academies and 1 player move to the UK to join West Ham's academy system.

Our coaches are professional players and coaches. Sessions are designed to be like the training sessions professional players take part in weekly in their preparations for matches.

Our coaches have years of experience in the professional leagues in Ireland, France, USA, Italy and England as well as Champions League appearances and International honours.
