We have two 1 to 1 training options available.

Individual Player Development Programme

This is a monthly programme designed specifically for the player.

Coached by professional players and coaches to improve the individual.

The monthly programme includes a weekly session (Typically 4 sessions per month)

Priority for dedicated training time slot each week

S&C and Athletic Development

A feedback meeting with the player and/or parents

Input into monthly programmes going forward to work on strengths and weaknesses

Career guidance and advice for players

Advice on preparation and nutrition away from the pitch

Individual Training Session

This is a one off 1 to 1 training session geared towards the player and their needs.

It includes the benefit of professional coaching and position specific drills

We have time slots available to book so its flexible to your schedule depending on availability each week.
